This trend was very popular during the 90's and it has now surfaced during Spring 2016 Runways in 2015. It was one of the most present  trends st the moment and to be honest, I can see why. I, myself can't wait to get my hands on one of these. Whether it's in a dress or in a blouse, this trend gives a free spirit look to any outfit. I can't wait to try it out! I decided to share with you guys these pictures which have inspired me and I have pinned on my Pinterest board.

Hey, chicas! Feliz miércoles. Hoy quería hablar con ustedes acerca de una de las tendencias para 2016; la tendencia del hombro a la vista. Esta tendencia fue muy popular durante los años 90 y ahora ha salido a la superficie durante las pasarelas de primavera de 2016 en este 2015. Fue una de las más actuales tendencias en el momento y para ser honesta, me facina. Yo misma no puedo esperar para poner mis manos en uno de estos. Ya sea en un vestido o en una blusa, esta tendencia da un espíritu libre a cualquier atuendo. Hello Monday...
...and hello June! As June rolls in, the summer feelings of hot weather and shorts rolls in as well. Many of us also only think about bright colors when it comes to choosing what to wear for summer so we tend to forget all about neutral colors. Grays and blacks seem to be out of the questions when it comes to what colors to wear during the summer. I don't blame this thinking, I fall into it thousands of times however, today I wanted to talk to you guys about the beauty of wearing neutral colors during the summer.
There's nothing wrong in wearing neutral colors during the summer. In fact adding neutral colors to your summer outfits will keep you looking different from everyone else. Wearing neutrals is also a great way of keeping your outfits looking effortlessly stylish. One of the things I keep in mind when wearing neutrals is to add different form of pieces. I love wearing neutral on neutrals and I do it by adding textures like on this outfit where I paired this loose culottes with this tight fitted crop top and summer sandals.

... Y hola junio! Ya que junio se acerca tambien se acercan los sentimientos de verano, de tiempos calientes y pantalones cortos también. Muchos de nosotros también sólo pensamos en colores brillantes cuando se trata de elegir qué ponerse para el verano por lo que tendemos a olvidar todo sobre los colores neutros. Grises y negros parecen estar fuera de las preguntas cuando se trata de cual colores usar durante el verano. No culpo a esta forma de pensar, caigo en ella miles de veces sin embargo, hoy quería hablar con ustedes acerca de la belleza de usar colores neutros durante el verano.
No hay nada malo en usar colores neutros durante el verano. De hecho la adición de colores neutros para sus atuendos de verano te mantendrá diferentes de todos los demás. El uso de los neutrales es también una gran manera de mantener sus atuendos en busca sin esfuerzo elegante. Una de las cosas que hay que tener en cuenta cuando se llevan neutrales es añadir diferentes formas de piezas. Me encanta el uso de neutrales sobre los neutrales y lo hago añadiendo texturas como en este atuendo donde me emparejado estos pantolones sueltos con esta b;usa  apretada y sandalias de verano.

Happy Tuesday!
Today has meant back to work for me! I took a couple of days off from everything in life in order to enjoy my senior trip and I'm glad I did! I feel so rested and full of new ideas for the blog!
Today I wanted to show you this outfit I wore a few weeks ago for a event at school. For senior spirit week, my best friend and I decided to dress as twins and she gave me the honors to coordinate the outfit we were to wear and this is what I came up with. There's something different about this outfit and it is the pop of color the blouse adds to the rather all black outfit. As you all know, black has become my go to color, however for this outfit I wanted a pop of color that represented the coming spring and I think this blouse nailed it.
Earlier this week, I posted on Instagram how important shoes are in an outfit. To be honest when I bought this ankle wedges from H&M, I knew this were going to become my best friends and they did! I'vent stopped wearing them ever since I got them!

El dia de hoy ha significado volver a trabajar para mí! Tomé un par de días libres de todo en la vida con el fin de disfrutar de mi viaje de graduacion y me alegro de haberlo hecho! Me siento tan descansado y llena de nuevas ideas para el blog!
Hoy quería mostrarles este atuendo que llevaba hace unas semanas para un evento en la escuela. Para la semana de graduados, mi mejor amiga y yo decidimos vestirnos como gemelas y ella me dio los honores para coordinar el atuendo que estábamos usando y este atuendo es lo que se me ocurrió. Hay algo diferente acerca de este atuendo y es el toque de color de la blusa u como se suma a la vez en todo el equipo negro. Como todos ustedes saben, el negro se ha convertido en mi ir a color, sin embargo, para este atuendo quería un toque de color que represente la llegada de la primavera y creo que esta blusa clavó.
A principios de esta semana, publiqué en Instagram lo importante que los zapatos son en un atuendo. Para ser honesto cuando compré estos botines de H&M, yo sabía que estos iban a ser mis mejores amigos y lo hicieron! No eh dejó de llevarlos desde que los compre!

Hoping everyone's week is progressing well! I'm super excited to share with you guys this post as is one that holds many surprises. As you all know by now, black is one of my favorite colors and this whole winter season black has been my go to colors. I still have yet to make the transition to spring! It is so cold here still that it just doesn't feel like spring is coming but I honestly can't wait for a weather change! As much as I love black, I want to start adding some colors to my wardrobe again. What i love about this outfit is the versatility of the pieces. I just got this ankle boots from H&M and I have been able to pair them up with just about anything from skirts as shown in this outfit to skinny jeans and dresses. I love when I find a staple piece like this because one thing I am very big on is re-wearing your clothing in different styles and I am able to do just that with all the pieces of this outfit.

Espero que la semana de todo el mundo está progresando bien! Estoy súper emocionada de compartir con ustedes este post porque guarda muchas sorpresas. Como todos ustedes saben, el negro es uno de mis colores favoritos y todo esta temporada de invierno el negro ha sido mi color de salida. Aún todavía tengo que hacer la transición a la primavera! Acabo de recibir estas botas de tobillo de H&M y he sido capaz de emparejararlas con alrededor de cualquier cosa, desde las faldas como se muestra en este traje hasta de jeans ajustados y vestidos. Me encanta cuando encuentro una pieza básica como esta, porque una cosa la cual es muy importante para mi es que se vuelva a usar su ropa de diferentes estilos y soy capaz de hacer eso con todas las piezas de este conjunto.
