And we're back! I know I know, it's been months since I last posted an #OOTD on Fashion Revolutionary. I promise I have a legitimate excuse(s). A lot has happened since our last post and it took some time to get back on track. If you follow me on Snapchat (Snapchat: alexaubeda) you might be aware that not too long ago, I lost a close friend and his death took a toll on me. I've also started classes as well as a new job therefore, my schedule went from being well-planned to a disaster. However, now that I'm back on my grind, it's time to share many #OOTD ideas with you!
I titled this post "Agua Lluvia" (which translates to "rainwater") because that's the name given to off-the-shoulders tops in Spanish. In the Dominican Republic, since this fashion trend came out in the 80's, people have called these tops "Agua Lluvia". Why? I'm not sure but I've heard the name was started after a music video that came out during the time which was titled "Agua Lluvia". In the video, one of the models wore an off-the-shoulder top like this one. Therefore I thought this was a fitting title for this post. I love that off-the-shoulder tops have made such a huge comeback. It must be one of my top favorite fashion trends of the moment. For this look, I paired it with white ripped jeans to give it a street style touch. What are your thoughts on this look? Let me know! - XO Alexa

- XO Alexa
