Denim On Denim

 Happy Saturday!

I'm writing from the sofa after having a long day. Today I took the SATs for the last time (Yayy!) and after weeks of studying I'm just hoping that my grades show the same. But anyways, let's talk about fashion! 

I'm in love with this outfit, when I placed the pieces together, I wanted to aim for an all denim outfit that also represented a street-style look. One thing that made me opt out on denim on denim outfits were the same color denim pieces I would see every once in a while. However, for this look I decided to not only mix denim on denim but to also bring in the mixture of patterns. I believe the key of creating a great denim on denim outfit is to have a denim of a different color whether it is the top or the bottom.

To keep the mixture of pattern going, I added the leopard print belt and flats as well as the shades. The statement necklace hit it right on the spot adding a chic touch to the look.

Estoy escribiendo desde el sofá después de un largo día. Hoy tomé los SATs por última vez (Yayy!) Y después de semanas de estudios, espero que mis calificaciones muestran el mismo. Pero de todos modos, vamos a hablar de la moda! Yo estoy enamorado de este OOTD, cuando puse las piezas juntas, quería apuntar para un todo traje de mezclilla que también representó un vistazo al estilo de la calle. Una cosa que me hizo no optar por el denim en denim fue ver las mismas piezas de color en denim en algunos atuendos. Sin embargo, para este look me decidí a mezclar no sólo el denim en denim sino pero también la mezcla de patrones. Creo que la clave de un denim end denim es tener un denim de color diferente si se trata de la parte superior o la parte inferior. 

Para mantener la mezcla de patrónes, he añadido el cinturón de estampado de leopardo y los zapatos, así como los tonos. El collar dispara justo en el lugar de añadir un toque chic al look. ¿Qué piensa usted acerca de denim en denim? Házmelo saber!
