I hope everyone is having a good week so far. I'm getting ready to start school again next week but I still have tons of pictures to share from my vacations in DR. To be honest, when I wore this outfit it was so hot over there that even in shorts and a soft tank top I was still burning.

I got this simple white tank top from H&M and I love it because I can pair it with anything I want, so I went for this high waisted shorts I got from Forever 21 almost a year ago but I never got the chance to wear them till now. It's a simple outfit but I wanted it to pop a little so I added this statement necklace which gave the look a more chic style. And what about this beautiful sandals I order at Shopbop, they are soo summer ready that I had to include them in this outfit. I think it was a smart idea to add this shorts because they contrast well with the white shirt.

Espero que todo el mundo está teniendo una buena semana hasta ahora. Me estoy preparando para comenzar la escuela la próxima semana, pero todavía tengo un montón de fotos para compartir de mis vacaciones en República Dominicana. Para ser honesta, cuando me puse este OOTD, estaba tan caliente en RD que aunque tenía pantalones cortos y una camiseta sin mangas suave todavía tenía un calor.

Tengo esta sencilla camiseta blanca de H&M y me encanta porque puedo combinarla con lo que quiera, así que me fui para estos shorts de talle alto que recibí de Forever 21, hace casi un año, pero nunca tuve la oportunidad de llevarlos hasta ahora. Es un atuendo sencillo, pero yo quería que resaltara un poco así que añadí este statement necklace que le dio la apariencia de un estilo más chic. Y ¿qué pasa con estas hermosas sandalias que yo ordene en ShopBop, son taaan verano listas que he tenido que incluirlas en este conjunto. Creo que fue una buena idea añadir estos shorts porque contrastan mucho con la camisa blanca.
